What to expect

Connecting with loved ones who have crossed over

  • Adéle is a spiritual medium, not a psychic or fortune teller.
  • She does not use tarot cards, angel cards, runes, or similar tools.
  • She does not predict the future, or advise on health, pregnancy, finance, or legal matters.
  • With the help of her spirit guides, she communicates with your loved ones who have crossed over, and relays their messages to you.
  • No one can promise which loved ones will come through, or what they will say.

How booking works

  1. Choose a day and timeThe calendar below shows Adéle's availability in real time, already converted to your own time zone.
  2. Add your details and payPay securely by card, Apple Pay, or PayPal. Your reading is confirmed as soon as payment goes through.
  3. Join on Google MeetYour confirmation email has your Meet link and the day, date, and time in your own time zone. It opens in your browser on a laptop, tablet, or phone.

  • You understand this is not fortune telling. You are taking part to hear evidence of survival, which may include a glimpse of spirit as it relates to your situation at this time.
  • You understand that results cannot be guaranteed, and you are taking part of your own free will.
  • You understand the reading is for entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for advice or treatment from a licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professional. You take full responsibility for your own life, decisions, and actions.
  • You understand you may want to seek professional advice before any important life decision, and that Adéle is not responsible for choices you make after your reading.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Adéle based, and what time zone are the slots in?

Adéle is based in the UK, but you do not need to work out UK time. The booking calendar detects where you are and shows every available slot in your own local time, so the time you choose is the time your reading happens for you.

Can I pay by PayPal?

Yes. Choose PayPal at checkout and log in to your PayPal account to complete payment. Card and Apple Pay are also accepted.

What happens after I book?

You will see a confirmation page straight away, and an email confirming the day, date, and time of your reading. Please keep that email for reference. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, check your spam or promotions folder.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. You can cancel at any time before your reading, even on the day, and you will be refunded in full. Up to 24 hours before, use the link in your confirmation email. After that, or to move your reading, please contact us.

Phone or video, which should I choose?

Both are a full hour with Adéle, one to one. A phone reading needs nothing but your phone. A video reading on Google Meet lets you see each other, and is held in your browser with no account needed.
